Admissions Guides

Useful research before you book the call.

A public starting point for Indian families comparing overseas education options. Videshway is fee-only: no university commissions, no quota-driven shortlists, no guaranteed-admit claims.

01

Study in UK from Jaipur

What a serious UK shortlist should compare.

Families often compare the UK by brand name first. A better shortlist starts with course structure, assessment style, predicted-grade realism, city fit, placement year options, fees, scholarship probability, and whether the student can explain the subject choice convincingly.

For UCAS, the personal statement is not a decorative essay. It should show academic direction, reading, projects, and proof that the student understands the discipline they are applying for.

02

US universities for Indian students

Profile depth matters more than activity volume.

US applications reward coherence: academics, testing where useful, activities, essays, recommendations, and intellectual direction should point to the same student. A long resume of unrelated clubs is usually weaker than a smaller set of projects with evidence, outputs, and reflection.

For IB, CBSE, ISC, and Cambridge students, the strategy differs. The right plan depends on grade, rigor, school context, financial aid need, and how much time remains before deadlines.

03

Singapore, Europe, and Asia

High-ROI destinations need honest fit checks.

Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands, Italy, and other European routes can be excellent choices when the course, budget, career path, and student temperament line up. They can also be poor choices when families treat them as generic backups.

A good comparison includes language exposure, internship market, visa rules, scholarship structure, brand recognition in the intended career geography, and whether the student is ready for the teaching style.

04

Profile building

Projects should create evidence, not just decoration.

A strong student project has a clear question, stakeholder, output, timeline, and evidence trail. Research papers, dashboards, podcasts, policy trackers, impact ledgers, product builds, and serious essays can all work, but only when the student can defend the thinking behind them.

The point is not to look busy. The point is to become more articulate, useful, and credible in the direction the student claims to care about.
